About Carmen

Carmen Lytle studied professional massage therapy in 2011-2012 and practiced as a licensed massage therapist in Texas until 2014 when she moved back to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. She is an advocate for authenticity as co-contributor in 'Being You: How to Live Authentically' by Gerard Doyle and has also been published as a co-contributor in a college textbook for a prison initiative: 'Communication in Society' by Alberts, Martin and Nakayama. Carmen's life path has been one of remembering her divine potential. She walked through stories of sexual abuse, physical and mental abuse, victim mentality, depression and anxiety and is now beginning to express her unique individuation of the divine in this world rather than her shame and fear programming. Carmen wants you to know how worthy you are and how you can also step out of the fear and drama stories into your awakened potential at any moment. She is also on this path with you.  Carmen has been mentored by Kimberley Jones of the UK, Internationally respected Awakening Women Business Coach and Reiki Master; Katerina Edwards of Costa Rica, Life Coach at Be You to the Fullest and Goddess extraordinaire; and is currently being mentored by Heather Ellis Drake of New Zealand, Walk-in, Healer and EIE practitioner at www.heatherellisdrake.com. You can contact Carmen through Heather's website.  EXPECT MIRACLES!
